Foth studied jurisprudence at Saarbrücken and Münster, Germany; State examinations in Hamm and Düsseldorf; Estabished 1997 a joint law practice in Düsseldorf, Germany, together with attorney Ilse Bütehorn. Today, Dr. h.c. Hendrik H. Foth is a specialist attorney on the field of succession of property right, and Ilse Bütehorn is a specialist attorney for family law; Several semesters spent in legal training with lectureship (civil law, criminal law) at Heinrich Heine University, Düsseldorf, 2007-2009 visiting professor at the University of Opole, Poland; Member of the Vereinigung für Erbrecht und Vermögensnachfolge (association for the law of succession and inheritance) and the Deutsch-Polnische Juristenvereinigung (German-Polish lawyers’ association); member of the German lawyers’ association; Chairman of the Board of Governors of the St. Adalbert Foundation, Opole; Deputy Chairman of Sternwarte Neanderhöhe Hochdahl e.
